This website is intended for adults of legal drinking age in the United States (21 or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Information you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address, your name, your date of birth and, optionally, your ZIP code and city, together with your consent to receive our emails. If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits (for example, pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached the site). We also use the Meta Pixel, which sends Meta information about your visit, such as the page viewed, your IP address and browser details.
Age confirmation. When you confirm that you are of legal drinking age, your browser stores a small flag in its local storage for 30 days so we do not ask again. We do not keep your answer on our servers. We record that the confirmation took place as an anonymous analytics event.
Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
We share information with service providers that help us run the site: Brevo (newsletter management), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Fonts), Meta (Pixel) and our website hosting provider. They process the information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.
The analytics and advertising measurement tools described above use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts. Blocking them does not stop you from using the site.
Newsletter information is kept until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it. Google Analytics event data is kept for 14 months. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to respond.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@axotequila.com. Depending on the state where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We will respond within the time required by law and will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our site links to social networks and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
